Delete Account — CBD Travel & Events
Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your CBD Travel & Events account and all associated data, please send an email to:
Include the email address associated with your account in your request.
What will be deleted:
- Your account profile (name, email)
- Your saved favorites (places and events)
- Push notification preferences
- All data associated with your account
Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Alternative
You can also delete your account directly in the app: open the app → Profile tab → scroll down → tap “Delete Account”.
