NON portare prodotti CBD in Russia, Bielorussia o nei paesi dell'Asia Centrale — anche tracce di THC possono portare ad accuse penali.
La Georgia è l'unico paese della CSI dove l'uso personale di cannabis è stato depenalizzato, ma i prodotti CBD non sono ancora chiaramente regolamentati.
